Snow Creek Ranch Team Members
At Snow Creek Ranch, our team is united by a passion for teaching, a love for children, and a commitment to hands-on learning. Each instructor brings unique experience and expertise, but they all share the same goal—to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and help every student grow through meaningful experiences. We believe the best teachers don't just share knowledge; they invest in the lives of the students they serve
Little Henry
Chief Morale Officer
Little Henry has been a beloved member of Snow Creek Ranch for over 10 years. He first wandered into our lives as a stray mini pony roaming the streets of Highlands Ranch. Back then, his favorite snacks were pizza and peanut butter & jelly sandwiches!
Since then, Henry has been featured on Animal Planet, proudly plays the Christmas donkey every Christmas Eve, and is a favorite at our Christian Cowgirl Camp and Equine & Agriculture Enrichment Program.
Henry loves children, enjoys long grooming sessions (his version of a walk on the beach!), and can often be found in the Fourth of July parade following the Pikes Peak Rangerettes while helping proudly pull the muck bucket.
Nate Hunter

CC Brewer
Instructor and Parent Communications
We are excited to welcome CC Brewer to the Snow Creek Ranch family!
CC brings decades of experience in equine training, riding instruction, equine massage, and rehabilitation. Her equestrian journey began in England, where she ran a Pony Club and served as a judge for the British Horse Society, building a lifelong foundation in horsemanship and equine care.
CC has a genuine love for children and is passionate about helping students grow in confidence while developing safe, knowledgeable horsemanship skills. Her patient teaching style, wealth of experience, and enthusiasm for sharing her love of horses make her a wonderful addition to the Snow Creek Ranch team.
Michelle Kopriva
Founder and Program Director
Michelle Kopriva is the Founder and Director of Snow Creek Ranch and has spent more than 25 years serving homeschooling families through hands-on education. Raised on a ranch in Kansas, she developed a lifelong passion for agriculture, horses, and the Western way of life.
Michelle homeschooled and raised five children, combining her experience as a homeschool parent, rancher, and youth leader to create meaningful learning experiences that build confidence, responsibility, and practical life skills. Her greatest joy is helping students discover God's creation while developing a love for horses, agriculture, and lifelong learning.
