How can I book a tour?
First, please check out our website or Facebook page and see if this might be a suitable for your event.

If you feel we may be a good fit, please contact us via the "Get In Touch" form on our website or feel free to call and/or email our ranch Business Manager, Brad Vander Ley, on his cell at 720.476.0923 or via glorifychristministries@gmail.com. *Note: please allow up to 48 hours for a return call or email.

Last, since this is a private, working ranch, in all but very unique circumstances, we do require an in-person walk through of all potential event bookings with the event coordinator and a designated Ranch Rep (usually Brad) prior to making a reservation.
How can I secure a date?
Some things to note: To secure dates, GCM requires a non-refundable, 50% deposit. Full payment must be received within one month (30 days) of your event unless otherwise specified. Event Insurance must be purchased and on file one month (30 days) prior to your event unless otherwise specified (we can help you with that if necessary).

Our facilities use agreement must be signed a minimum of one month (30 days) prior to the beginning of the event unless otherwise specified. This includes doing a pre-event walk through with one of our Ranch Reps.

A refundable damage deposit of $1,200 is due one month (30 days) prior to the beginning of the event unless otherwise specified.
